Your wedding day is one of the most important event in your life. This special day will always be remembered from the moment you say, "I do".  The Justice of the Peace plays a significant role. As your Justice of the Peace I will guide the Intending Couple through the ceremony bringing them together in marriage. My responsibilities as your Justice of the Peace is totally devoted to your wedding day. 

The Intending Couple's Responsibilities:

The individuals preparing for marriage will need to obtain a Valid Marriage License before the wedding ceremony. It can be issued at any Massachusetts city/town clerk office. The license should be available within a few days from the clerk office. The marriage will be performed before/on the date of the license as it appears in the margin or it will become invalid. The marriage license must be given to the Justice of the Peace before the ceremony or no marriage will be performed. The Justice of the Peace will return the marriage license to the clerk office within ten days as required by law.

The Intending Couple have the option to alter the marriage format or to follow it. Readings or other Ceremonial Customs may be performed as requested from the Intending Couple. The ceremonial format must be decided at least one week before the wedding day.

The Intending Couple understands a FEE will be paid to the Justice of the Peace for his services. A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve the wedding day with the balance due before the wedding ceremony. Any wedding pictures taken by the Justice of the Peace associate may be used in a personal portfolio or web site.  The contract must be completed and returned to the Justice of the Peace within an agreed time period.    

I devote my entire due diligence to your wedding day - no double booking of any other wedding for the contracted day.
